Our Vietnamese customer’s order for bus door assemblies is complete and ready for shipment.
As an OEM manufacturer specializing in front-mounted bus components, we’ve recently finished full inspection and sorting of the front/middle door assemblies and supporting parts for our Vietnamese client. 
This order includes core components like front door panels, hinge brackets, and locking mechanisms, along with supporting parts such as middle door sliding rails and handles. All items are custom-built to the customer’s vehicle specs and production standards. To ensure components stay intact during long-haul transport, we use a layered protective packaging approach: inner layers are lined with moisture-proof film or rigid cardboard (depending on the part’s needs) to shield against dampness and minor impacts. The outer layer is packed uniformly into 8 custom wooden crates—made from thickened plywood—to withstand pressure and vibration in transit.
During sorting, our team focused on three key tasks: first, cross-checking each part number against the order list to ensure quantities and specs align perfectly with the customer’s requirements; second, verifying compliance with local Vietnamese automotive standards, so parts can integrate directly into the production line upon delivery; third, confirming packaging labels are intact. All outer crates feature both Chinese and English labeling to make identification and stocktaking easy upon receipt.
These door components aren’t just basic vehicle parts—they’re critical to passenger safety and ease of boarding/exiting. From material choices to dimensional precision, we center our work on the customer’s production needs. For example, door seals use weather-resistant materials to stand up to Vietnam’s rainy conditions; hinges are reinforced to handle the frequent opening/closing of urban buses.
The entire consignment is now in final dispatch preparation, and the customer will receive detailed tracking info today. We’re dedicated to providing reliable support for front-mounted components to bus manufacturers worldwide, backed by precise production control and efficient supply chains.
